• Account information. Your name, email address, password, and optional profile details such as brokerage name, phone number, license number, photo, bio, and performance statistics.
• Listing data. Property details you enter (addresses, pricing, features, notes) and photos you upload, along with the marketing content generated from them.
• Payment information. Subscription and billing details. Card data is collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
• Team information. If you create or join a team, we store team membership, roles, and invitations (including invited email addresses).
• Usage and device data. Log data, device and browser information, and general usage activity collected automatically when you use the Service.
• Communications. Messages you send us and your email/notification preferences.

How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and operate the Service, including generating listing content.
• To process subscriptions, payments, and manage team plans.
• To send transactional and account messages, including team invitations.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To secure the Service, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms.
• To improve and develop the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

AI processing

To generate descriptions, emails, messages, social posts, and presentations, we send the relevant listing details and photos to our AI provider, Anthropic, for processing. This data is used to produce your requested content. We do not use your private listing data to train our own models.

Service providers

We share information with third-party vendors who process it on our behalf, only as needed to operate the Service:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Anthropic — AI content generation.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• SendGrid — transactional email delivery.
• Vercel — application hosting.

Each provider maintains its own privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only: with the service providers above; with other members of your team where you participate in a team plan (team administrators can view listings created by their team members); when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete your listings and content at any time. After account closure, we may retain certain information as required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update most of your information directly in your account settings, or contact us to exercise these rights. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and the EEA/UK (GDPR) may have additional rights.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies (such as a session cookie) to keep you signed in and operate the Service. We do not use the session cookie for advertising.

Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for business use by real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International users

We operate in the United States, and your information may be processed there and in other countries where our providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised “Last updated” date, and significant changes may be communicated to you directly.
