Disconnect a social account

When you connect a social account, we store the access tokens and basic account details (such as the connected Page or profile identifier) needed to publish posts on your behalf. To delete this data:

• Sign in to ListingForge and go to your Connections page.
• Click Disconnect next to the relevant platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or X).

Disconnecting immediately removes the stored access tokens and connection record from our database. For Facebook and Instagram, we also notify Meta to deauthorize the app, so the connection is fully revoked on Meta’s side as well.

Remove the app from Facebook

You can also revoke ListingForge’s access directly from Facebook, which signals us to delete the associated data:

• Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
• Find ListingForge in the list and select Remove.

Delete your entire ListingForge account

To delete your full account and all associated data — including listings, generated content, social connections, and profile information — email us from the address on your account and we will permanently delete it.

Request data deletion by email

If you cannot access your account or want to confirm deletion, send a request to info@listingforge.ai with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. We will verify your identity, process the deletion, and confirm by email within 30 days.
